Handcraft Training
Our NGO’s Handcraft Training program is dedicated to preserving traditional artisan techniques while empowering participants with practical skills for sustainable livelihoods. Through hands-on workshops and expert mentorship, trainees learn the art of creating beautiful, market-ready handicrafts using locally sourced materials.
- Master foundational crafts (weaving, carving, paper quilling, natural dyeing)

Apparel (Traditional Hand Embroidery)
Our Traditional Hand Embroidery program celebrates India’s rich textile heritage by teaching artisans to craft exquisite, embroidered apparel from scratch. Participants acquire the techniques and confidence to produce garments that appeal to today’s conscious consumers. Key elements include:
- Classic stitch techniques (Chikankari, Kantha, Phulkari, Zardozi, etc.)
- Selecting and handling fabrics (cotton, silk, blends) and premium threads
- Designing motifs with color theory and layout planning
- Managing production workflows for consistency and small-batch scaling
